Terms and Conditions for LUXARITY Pop-up Contest Instagram game launched by LUXARITY Limited, its holding company LCJG Limited and its related companies (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) (individually and collectively “LUXARITY”)

§ The game, to select one (1) winner for the LUXARITY Pop-up Contest (the “Game”), commences on 20th September, 2019 15:00om (Hong Kong Time) and end on 27th September, 2019 12:00PM (Hong Kong Time).

§ Entry to the Game may only be accessed via LUXARITY’s official Instagram www.instagram.com/LUXARITY (the “LUXARITY Instagram”)

§ The Game is open to persons aged 18 or over with a valid Instagram account.  

§ Employees of LUXARITY Limited, its holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to LUXARITY Limited and LCJG Limited and suppliers in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, partners, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the Game.

§ To enter, eligible individuals must;

1. Follow LUXARITY (@lanecrawford) Instagram accounts (“IG Account”). For the avoidance of doubt, the participants must be following the IG Account at the time of selection and the winners must be following the IG Account till the prizes are redeemed.

2. Set their own Instagram social media profiles to ‘public’ status.

3. During the Game, participants have to follow the IG Accounts, ‘like’ the post and comment under the post comment on what "conscious living" means to them. Entries must be posted in the form specified and in accordance with the requirements detailed on the LUXARITY Instagram.

§ Participants may submit as many entries as they wish but no participant may win more than one prize.

§ One (1) winner with the most creative comments will be selected and announced on or around 15:00, 27th September, 2019.

§ The winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by LUXARITY in its sole discretion based on creativity of the entries and winners will be contacted directly through [Direct Message] for prize redemption details.

§ One (1) winner will receive a preloved Stella McCartney bag.

§ The prize cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded or resale for cash or other goods.

§ Winner must redeem the prize within 7 days of notification from LUXARITY, otherwise, the offer will be automatically lapsed with no further notice to the winner.  LUXARITY reserves the final right to give away the remaining prize(s) to any substituted winner selected in accordance with these rules.

§Prize may be shipped to Winner if they are in Hong Kong or they could pick up from LUXARITY’s Showroom at 30/F 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. Shipping and customs fee is to be covered by Winner if prize shipping destination is outside of Hong Kong.

§ Any breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or any applicable laws by a participant will entitle LUXARITY to invalidate/cancel/remove his/her entry to the Game, including his/her chance to win a prize.

§ The decision of LUXARITY in relation to the matters incidental to, arising from and resulting in the Game shall be final.

§ By participating in the Game each participant agrees to irrevocably and unconditionally authorize and license LUXARITY to use his/her name and image, and the photographic and contextual materials of the entries produced for and posted on Instagram during the Game (collectively referred to as the ”Images”) for any of its commercial or non-commercial purposes in any media on a worldwide basis, including without limitation, in LUXARITY's printed publications, presentations, promotional materials, in LUXARITY’s advertising (including outdoor advertising platforms in Hong Kong and in China) or at the LUXARITY’s Stores or on LUXARITY's website or social media (the “Specified Purposes”) in their original or edited or altered format in any way which LUXARITY deems appropriate for one year following the Game.

§ Each entrant agrees to irrevocably and unconditionally authorize LUXARITY storing copies of the Images for the Specified Purposes and transferring or disclosing the Images to a third party service provider engaged by LUXARITY in order to fulfill the Specified Purposes.

§ This Game is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram. All entrants shall acknowledge that all information and material that is submitted to enter this Game is submitted to LUXARITY and not Instagram and entrants agree that Instagram shall not be liable in any way in respect of this Game.

§ LUXARITY Limited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

§ Should any dispute arise, the decision of LUXARITY shall be final.

§ Entrants are aware that all entries via Instagram for the purpose of the Game are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

§ Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of LUXARITY, a person who is not a contracting party to this Game has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Game.

§ The Terms and Conditions of the Game shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong.
